Your safety is our priority. A patch test helps identify whether you may have an allergic reaction to the products used during your treatment, such as eyelash and eyebrow tints, lash lift solutions, brow lamination products, or adhesives.
Even if you have had these treatments before, allergies can develop at any time due to changes in your immune system, medication, hormones, or repeated exposure to ingredients. A patch test allows us to assess your skin's response before carrying out the full treatment, helping to minimise the risk of irritation or a severe allergic reaction.
Patch tests are required in accordance with our insurance and manufacturer guidelines. We recommend that they are carried out at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. If a patch test is declined or not completed where required, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment.
